Description

A delightful dessert combining fresh fruits with a creamy filling, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
  • 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of mixed fresh fruits (such as peaches, strawberries, and bananas)
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of heavy cream, whipped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a baking dish.
  2. Make the cream filling by blending sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the filling over the crust evenly.
  4. Add the mixed fruits on top of the filling.
  5. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, fold in sugar, and spread over the fruit layer.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set. Serve chilled.

Notes

Serve with a drizzle of chocolate sauce or mint leaves. Pairs well with sparkling lemonade or sweet tea.
