Ingredients

- 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
- 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 cups of mixed fresh fruits (such as peaches, strawberries, and bananas)
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of heavy cream, whipped
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a baking dish.
- Make the cream filling by blending sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the crust evenly.
- Add the mixed fruits on top of the filling.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, fold in sugar, and spread over the fruit layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set. Serve chilled.
Notes
Serve with a drizzle of chocolate sauce or mint leaves. Pairs well with sparkling lemonade or sweet tea.
