- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Mix in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the brownie bites cool before serving.
