Description

These fudgy brownie bites are rich, chocolatey, and perfectly portioned for a guilt-free indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Mix in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips, if using.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Let the brownie bites cool before serving.
