- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix together the milk, maple syrup (or honey), nut butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- If using, fold in chocolate chips gently.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Once baked, let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
