Description
Rich and chocolaty brownies loaded with Oreos, crispy on the edges and gooey in the middle.

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- Extra Oreo cookies for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Beat in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
- Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and top with extra Oreo cookies if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for up to a week. Can freeze for up to 3 months.
