Description

A comforting and customizable loaf filled with cheese, meats, and vegetables, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 loaf of bread dough
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella, cheddar)
  • 1 cup cooked meats (e.g., pepperoni, sausage, ham)
  • 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the bread dough into a rectangle on a floured surface, about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Mix the shredded cheese, diced meats, chopped vegetables, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Spread this mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from one end to form a loaf.
  6. Place the loaf seam side down on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Brush the top of the loaf with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool slightly before slicing and serve warm.
