- 2 chicken breasts, cut into pieces
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the chicken pieces to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, around 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the mozzarella cheese and mix until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated in the creamy sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley, and enjoy!
