Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into pieces
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, around 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the mozzarella cheese and mix until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated in the creamy sauce.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley, and enjoy!
