- 1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp (28g) butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Season the steak by generously seasoning your sirloin steak pieces with salt and pepper.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
- Sear the seasoned steak bites in the skillet until browned on all sides.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- Create the cream sauce by pouring in the heavy cream and adding Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
- Combine the steak bites back into the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Final heating until warmed through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
