Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp (28g) butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced

  1. Season the steak by generously seasoning your sirloin steak pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
  4. Sear the seasoned steak bites in the skillet until browned on all sides.

  8. Final heating until warmed through.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
