Description

Crispy potato slices drizzled with olive oil, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds (about 1/8-inch thick).
  3. Toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Spread the potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra crispy nachos, soak sliced potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before baking.
