- 3 cups peeled and sliced apples

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Gently fold in the sliced apples and nuts (if using), ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
Notes
