- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Toss the sliced peaches with honey or maple syrup and cinnamon.
- Spread the peach mixture evenly into a baking dish.
- Make the crumble topping by combining almond flour, rolled oats, melted coconut oil, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Cover the peaches with the almond topping.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
