Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (gluten-free)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Toss the sliced peaches with honey or maple syrup and cinnamon.
  3. Spread the peach mixture evenly into a baking dish.
  4. Make the crumble topping by combining almond flour, rolled oats, melted coconut oil, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
  5. Cover the peaches with the almond topping.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
