Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out the puff pastry and carefully place it into a tart pan.
- Whisk together the eggs and cream until well blended.
- Arrange the thinly sliced fennel and roasted red peppers evenly on the pastry.
- Carefully pour the egg and cream mixture over the arranged vegetables.
- Sprinkle the crumbled goat’s cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the tart is perfectly set.
