Description

A delicious twist on the classic BLT, featuring crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and a creamy secret sauce wrapped in a tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 2 cups lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, about 6–8 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth to make the secret sauce.
  3. Spread the secret sauce evenly over each tortilla laid flat.
  4. Layer with lettuce, tomato slices, and crispy bacon on each tortilla.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly, slice in half diagonally, and serve immediately.

Notes

For a healthier option, use turkey bacon or add avocado slices for extra flavor.
