- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 8 slices of bacon
- 2 cups lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, about 6–8 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth to make the secret sauce.
- Spread the secret sauce evenly over each tortilla laid flat.
- Layer with lettuce, tomato slices, and crispy bacon on each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, slice in half diagonally, and serve immediately.
Notes
For a healthier option, use turkey bacon or add avocado slices for extra flavor.
