Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Immerse chicken breasts in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat grill or skillet over medium heat; grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- After cooking, let chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
- Warm pita wraps slightly for pliability.
- Layer fresh spinach, diced cucumber, tomatoes, and chicken strips in each pita.
- Drizzle with tzatziki sauce, wrap tightly, and serve.
