Ingredients

- 2 Cucumbers
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 Red onion
- 1 cup Kalamata olives
- 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Oregano
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Chop the cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped vegetables with Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately, optionally garnished with extra feta or olives.

Best enjoyed fresh. If storing leftovers, keep dressing separate.
