Description

A refreshing blend of greens and zesty flavors packed with nutrients to power your day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 green apples
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Chop the cucumber, green apples, and ginger into manageable pieces.
  3. In a blender, combine the spinach, cucumber, green apples, ginger, and water. Blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a glass.
  5. Squeeze in the lemon juice and stir.
  6. Serve the juice chilled.

Notes

Fresh juice is best consumed immediately but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
