Description

A comforting skillet meal featuring ground turkey and colorful peppers, perfect for quick weeknight dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 bell peppers (any color), diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Rice, lettuce leaves, or taco shells for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onions and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant—about 2–3 minutes.
  3. Add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned—around 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the diced bell peppers, followed by paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  5. Continue to cook until the peppers are tender—approximately 3–5 more minutes.
  6. Serve your flavorful mixture over rice, in lettuce wraps, or as a filling for tacos.

Notes

Prep ingredients ahead of time and don’t overcrowd the pan for best results. Adjust seasoning to your liking!
