Description

Deliciously fluffy biscuits filled with ham and cheese, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese and diced ham until well combined.
  4. Pour in the milk and melted butter, folding until just combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased baking sheet.
  6. Pour any remaining melted butter over the biscuits.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let them cool slightly before serving; garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
