- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir in the shredded cheese and diced ham until well combined.
- Pour in the milk and melted butter, folding until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased baking sheet.
- Pour any remaining melted butter over the biscuits.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving; garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
