- 12 large eggs
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk or cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: Fresh herbs (chives, parsley, or green onions)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your muffin tin by greasing it lightly or using silicone muffin cups.
- Whisk all 12 eggs in a large mixing bowl until fully combined.
- Add the milk or cream to the egg mixture.
- Season the mixture with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Fold in the diced ham.
- Add the shredded cheese and mix well.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each mold about ¾ full.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 5 minutes before removing from the tin.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Freeze for up to 3 months.
