Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with harissa paste, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper, then arrange the wings in a single layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Heat the preserved lemon marmalade in a small saucepan over low heat until runny.
- Serve the wings hot, drizzled with marmalade, and garnish with fresh cilantro.
Notes
For extra flavor, add freshly squeezed lemon juice to the marinade or sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
