Description

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons harissa paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup preserved lemon marmalade
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with harissa paste, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper, then arrange the wings in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  5. Heat the preserved lemon marmalade in a small saucepan over low heat until runny.
  6. Serve the wings hot, drizzled with marmalade, and garnish with fresh cilantro.

Notes
