Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Drizzle the chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until juices run clear.
- Bring a pot of water to boil and steam the broccoli until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
- Combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dried parsley in a bowl and mix until smooth.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest before slicing.
- Top the steamed broccoli with sliced chicken and drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.
Notes
