Description

Juicy grilled chicken served on a bed of steamed broccoli, topped with a creamy garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Drizzle the chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until juices run clear.
  4. Bring a pot of water to boil and steam the broccoli until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
  5. Combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dried parsley in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest before slicing.
  7. Top the steamed broccoli with sliced chicken and drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.
