Description

A refreshing and simple dish featuring tilapia fillets seasoned with fresh herbs and lemon, perfect for any weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 Tilapia Fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 1 Fresh Lemon (medium)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup Fresh Dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ¾ teaspoon Salt, or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper, freshly ground, or to taste
  • Optional Garnish: Lemon wedges, extra fresh herbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Rinse the tilapia fillets under cold water and pat them dry.
  3. Combine olive oil, parsley, dill, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Spoon the herb mixture evenly over the fillets, then squeeze juice from half a lemon on top.
  5. Bake the fillets for 12-15 minutes until opaque and flaky.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with lemon wedges and extra herbs.
