- 1 Fresh Lemon (medium)

- ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup Fresh Dill, chopped

- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- ¾ teaspoon Salt, or to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper, freshly ground, or to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Rinse the tilapia fillets under cold water and pat them dry.
- Combine olive oil, parsley, dill, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Spoon the herb mixture evenly over the fillets, then squeeze juice from half a lemon on top.
- Bake the fillets for 12-15 minutes until opaque and flaky.
- Serve hot, garnished with lemon wedges and extra herbs.
