Description

Delicious Herbed Cream Cheese Pinwheels perfect for gatherings, combining fresh herbs and vibrant vegetables in a delightful roll.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, very finely diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
  • 56 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Herbed Cream Cheese Filling by mixing the softened cream cheese, sour cream, herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Spread a thin layer of the mixture over each tortilla, leaving a small border.
  3. Roll each tortilla tightly from the edge opposite the border to form logs.
  4. Chill the rolled logs in plastic wrap for a minimum of 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. Slice the chilled logs into uniform rounds, about 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick, and serve on a platter.

Notes

For the best texture, make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature. Skipping the chilling step can affect the slicing and presentation.
