- 1 lb pizza dough
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll the pizza dough into long ropes.
- Mix together melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and oregano in a bowl.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the knots generously.
- Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Optionally, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days, in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
