- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Extra flour for dusting
Instructions
- Combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add the warm water and yogurt to the dry mixture.
- Knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rest for 1 hour.
- Shape the dough into small balls and roll them out into flatbreads.
- Heat your skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook each naan for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden and puffed.
- Brush each naan with melted butter before serving.
