Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Extra flour for dusting

Instructions

  1. Combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add the warm water and yogurt to the dry mixture.
  3. Knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rest for 1 hour.
  5. Shape the dough into small balls and roll them out into flatbreads.
  6. Heat your skillet over medium-high heat.
  7. Cook each naan for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden and puffed.
  8. Brush each naan with melted butter before serving.
