Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the glaze: In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Season the lamb chops generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the lamb chops in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. Pour the honey garlic glaze over the lamb chops and bring to a simmer.
  5. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.
