Instructions
- Whisk together the glaze: In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Season the lamb chops generously with salt and pepper.
- Sear the lamb chops in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
- Pour the honey garlic glaze over the lamb chops and bring to a simmer.
- Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Serve with roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
