Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or quinoa for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers slightly.
  2. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Sauté the broccoli florets until tender yet still crisp, about a few minutes.
  4. Stir in the shrimp, honey, garlic, and soy sauce, cooking until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot over cooked rice or quinoa if desired.
