- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Cooked rice or quinoa for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers slightly.
- Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Sauté the broccoli florets until tender yet still crisp, about a few minutes.
- Stir in the shrimp, honey, garlic, and soy sauce, cooking until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or quinoa if desired.
