Ingredients
Scale
- 2 shots espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
- 3/4 cup milk (any kind)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon dried culinary lavender
- 1/4 cup water
- Optional: additional honey and lavender buds for garnish
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring 1/4 cup of water and 1 teaspoon of dried culinary lavender to a simmer. Remove from heat and stir in 1 tablespoon of honey. Let steep for 5 minutes, then strain the mixture into a small jar or bowl to make your fragrant syrup.
- While your syrup is steeping, brew 2 shots of espresso or 1/2 cup of strong coffee. Pour it into your favorite serving mug, ready to be transformed with sweetness and creaminess.
- Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of your aromatic honey lavender syrup to the coffee. Give it a gentle stir to combine the flavors.
- Heat 3/4 cup of milk until steaming. Froth the milk using a frother or whisk.

- For garnish, drizzle with honey or sprinkle with dried lavender buds. Serve immediately.
