- 8 Medjool dates
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice each Medjool date lengthwise and remove the pit.
- Mix together the ricotta cheese, honey, chopped pistachios, sea salt, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Fill each date with the ricotta mixture generously.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until warmed through.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
