Description

A delightful appetizer featuring Medjool dates stuffed with a creamy ricotta mixture, enhanced with honey and crunchy pistachios.


Ingredients

  • 8 Medjool dates
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice each Medjool date lengthwise and remove the pit.
  3. Mix together the ricotta cheese, honey, chopped pistachios, sea salt, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  4. Fill each date with the ricotta mixture generously.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes or until warmed through.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
