- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- 2 cups cooked white rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a pan, lightly toast the walnuts until golden and fragrant.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat.
- Toss the shrimp with corn starch.
- Carefully add the shrimp to the oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Drain the shrimp on a paper towel.
- Toss the shrimp with the honey-mayo sauce and toasted walnuts until well coated.
- Serve over a bed of fluffy white rice.
