A creamy, crunchy, chicken-filled delight that promises to make any gathering a memorable one.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup almonds, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup potato chips, crushed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the cooked chicken, mayonnaise, sour cream, celery, almonds, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Top with crushed potato chips.

  6. Serve and enjoy warm.

Notes

Make ahead: Prepare the mixture a day in advance and add potato chips before baking. Leftover roasted chicken enhances flavor.
