Description

A decadent dessert featuring layers of fudgy brownie and rich hot fudge sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter and stir in the sugar until combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Mix together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in another bowl, then gradually add this mixture to the butter mixture.
  5. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Drizzle half of the hot fudge sauce over the brownie batter, then sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the remaining brownie batter over the top and drizzle with the rest of the hot fudge sauce.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve these brownies warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
