- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2–3 jalapeños, diced (seeds removed for less heat)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 package of tortillas
- Cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
- Lay out a tortilla and spread a generous layer of the cheese mixture over it.
- Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Arrange the roll-ups on a serving platter and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Use fresh jalapeños for better flavor. Feel free to add spices or herbs of your choice.
