- 1 cup cream cheese, softened

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Gently clean the mushrooms and remove their stems.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika if desired.
- Fill each mushroom cap generously with the cheese mixture.
- Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and tops are golden.
