- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler until smooth.
- Combine the tahini, sugar, and melted chocolate in a mixing bowl, mixing well.
- Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, followed by the cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan before cutting into squares and enjoy!
