Description

A rich, fudgy delight combining dark chocolate and tahini for a unique twist on classic brownies.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler until smooth.
  3. Combine the tahini, sugar, and melted chocolate in a mixing bowl, mixing well.
  4. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, followed by the cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Cool in the pan before cutting into squares and enjoy!
