- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat until it’s completely liquid and begins to foam gently.
- Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Introduce the corn kernels to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper, cooking for 5-7 minutes until the corn is heated through and caramelized.
- Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding a squeeze of fresh lemon juice before serving. If using frozen corn, thaw and drain well for the best texture.
