Ingredients

- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry until it reaches a thickness of about 1/8 inch.
- Spread the Nutella evenly over the surface of the pastry.
- Fold the pastry in half and cut it into strips about 1 inch wide.
- Twist each strip gently and arrange them on a lined baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with a beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Allow to cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or fresh whipped cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days.
