Description

A delightful fusion of sweet mango and spicy flavors that brings tropical vibes to your plate.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 ripe mango, pureed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the mango puree, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, minced garlic, grated ginger, and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  2. Add the diced chicken to the bowl and coat each piece in the marinade. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot and shimmering.
  4. Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and sauté for about 6-8 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For a spicier kick, add extra sriracha to the marinade. Use a ripe mango for the best flavor.
