Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the egg, almond extract, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Whisk together the almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Combine the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a dough forms.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough and roll them into balls, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball slightly, and dust the tops with powdered sugar.
