Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the egg, almond extract, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Whisk together the almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a dough forms.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough and roll them into balls, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Flatten each ball slightly, and dust the tops with powdered sugar.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are light golden.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
