Description

A delightful fusion of sushi and Italian flavors with prosciutto, creamy burrata, and fresh basil wrapped in nori.

Ingredients

  • Prosciutto
  • Burrata cheese
  • Rice (sushi or arborio rice)
  • Nori sheets (seaweed)
  • Basil leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions, then allow it to cool slightly.
  2. On a nori sheet, spread a thin layer of rice evenly.
  3. Lay slices of prosciutto over the rice.
  4. Place a generous dollop of burrata cheese and a few fresh basil leaves on top.
  5. Carefully roll the nori tightly around the filling to form a sushi roll.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, followed by a sprinkle of black pepper. Serve immediately.

Notes

These sushi rolls are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days.
