Ingredients
- Prosciutto
- Burrata cheese
- Rice (sushi or arborio rice)
- Nori sheets (seaweed)
- Basil leaves
- Olive oil
- Black pepper
- Balsamic glaze (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions, then allow it to cool slightly.
- On a nori sheet, spread a thin layer of rice evenly.
- Lay slices of prosciutto over the rice.
- Place a generous dollop of burrata cheese and a few fresh basil leaves on top.
- Carefully roll the nori tightly around the filling to form a sushi roll.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, followed by a sprinkle of black pepper. Serve immediately.
Notes
These sushi rolls are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days.
