- 2 jalapeños, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the sliced jalapeños, bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour in the soy sauce and lime juice, stirring to combine thoroughly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting flavors as desired.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro for a pop of color and flavor.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in soy sauce and lime juice for 15-30 minutes prior to cooking. Swap in any vegetables you have on hand.
