Description

Delicious sliders made with marinated ground beef infused with gochujang and fresh flavors, perfect for gatherings or a quick lunch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Cucumber slices
  • Kimchi (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties.
  3. Preheat a grill or stovetop pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. Toast the slider buns lightly on the grill or pan until golden brown.
  5. Assemble the sliders by placing each beef patty on a bun, topping with cucumber slices and optional kimchi, and garnish with cilantro.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Do not over-mix the meat to avoid tough patties. Marinate for 30 minutes for extra flavor if desired.
