Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slider buns
- Cucumber slices
- Kimchi (optional)
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Preheat a grill or stovetop pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Toast the slider buns lightly on the grill or pan until golden brown.
- Assemble the sliders by placing each beef patty on a bun, topping with cucumber slices and optional kimchi, and garnish with cilantro.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Do not over-mix the meat to avoid tough patties. Marinate for 30 minutes for extra flavor if desired.
