Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides to create boats.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheese, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Generously fill each zucchini boat with the cheese mixture.
- Wrap each zucchini boat with a slice of bacon.
- Place the wrapped zucchini boats on a baking sheet and drizzle them lightly with olive oil.
