Delicious low-carb breadsticks made from riced cauliflower, cheese, and garlic, perfect for dipping or as a snack.

- 1 large cauliflower, riced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Steam the riced cauliflower until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Let it cool slightly, then squeeze out excess moisture with a clean towel.
- Combine the riced cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to form a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, then slice into sticks.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
