Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes, then cool completely.
  2. Combine the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a bowl, then mix in the diced red onion, celery, and chopped pickles.
  3. Fold in the cooled cauliflower, ensuring it’s coated in the dressing.

Notes
