Scale
- 500g ground lamb
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, spices, salt, pepper, parsley, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix well until combined.
- Using your hands, shape the mixture into small kofta or meatball shapes. Make sure they are compact to prevent them from falling apart during cooking.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat until shimmering but not smoking.
- Fry the koftas in batches for about 5-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the koftas from the pan and let them drain on a paper towel. Serve hot with yogurt sauce or a fresh salad.
Notes
