- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until golden.
- Sauté the minced garlic for about a minute until fragrant.
- Cook the shrimp, seasoned with salt and pepper, for 3 to 4 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Stir in the fresh lemon juice and zest, mixing well.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti with the shrimp and lemon butter sauce until evenly coated.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
Taste and adjust seasonings to your preference. Don’t overcook the shrimp, as they can become tough.
