Description

A quick and easy Lemon Garlic Tuna Pasta that combines zesty lemon, savory tuna, and fragrant garlic for a delightful meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g pasta (spaghetti or your choice)
  • 1 can of tuna in olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the tuna (with its oil), lemon zest, and lemon juice to the pan. Stir to combine.
  4. Toss in the cooked pasta, mixing well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Finish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
