- 200g pasta (spaghetti or your choice)
- 1 can of tuna in olive oil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the tuna (with its oil), lemon zest, and lemon juice to the pan. Stir to combine.
- Toss in the cooked pasta, mixing well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Finish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently to keep pasta moist.
