- 300g cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes are soft and have released their juices.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil leaves and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
For added heat, include a pinch of red pepper flakes when sautéing the garlic. Fresh tomatoes can be substituted with canned tomatoes if needed.
