Description

A delightful dish of lobster ravioli enveloped in a rich lemon butter sauce, perfect for any special occasion.


Ingredients

  • 12 ounces lobster ravioli
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the lobster ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the lemon zest and juice, followed by the heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and gently toss them in the lemon butter sauce.
  5. Heat for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately on warmed plates and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

Notes

Pairs wonderfully with a green salad and a chilled glass of white wine. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
