- 12 ounces lobster ravioli
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the lobster ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the lemon zest and juice, followed by the heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and gently toss them in the lemon butter sauce.
- Heat for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve immediately on warmed plates and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
Notes
Pairs wonderfully with a green salad and a chilled glass of white wine. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
