Description

A delicious and easy-to-make low carb waffle infused with eggs and cheese, perfect for breakfast.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter or cooking spray for the waffle maker

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Waffle Maker according to its instructions.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk the 2 large eggs until frothy.
  3. Add 1/4 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup shredded cheese, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  4. Generously grease the preheated waffle maker with butter or cooking spray.
  5. Pour the batter into the waffle maker, filling it halfway. Close the lid and cook for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Carefully remove the waffle and enjoy warm.

Notes

Top with sour cream, fresh herbs, or avocado slices. Can also serve with a poached egg, bacon, or sausage.
